通过对金刚石微粉上砂的工艺试验,考察了影响上砂效果的几个重要因素。得出在磁力搅拌方式下,对M36/54金刚石微粉,装载量为30g/L时,按照5A/dm2电流密度,搅拌速度300r/min,间歇搅拌,基体45°角悬挂并定时转动的条件上砂,可以取得较好的上砂效果。得出了对生产有一定指导性的建议。
